About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join its Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. The role provides family-centered, community-based therapy to children, with visits conducted in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Therapists use a coaching-based interaction style to partner with families and equip caregivers to support children’s development. The position offers schedule and geographic flexibility, with part-time and per-diem options. Pay is up to $80 per visit, based on experience.

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities
