About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in New Castle and/or Kent Counties, Delaware. Opportunities include covering an existing caseload near Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend in December and January, while building a secondary local caseload for a possible per diem, part-time, or full-time transition. Coverage visits pay up to $95 per visit. The organization is also seeking SLPs to provide feeding therapy to infants and toddlers, with compensation up to $85 per feeding visit and benefits. SLPs set their schedules according to their availability and choose their geographic coverage area. The role provides family-centered, community-based therapy in natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Therapists partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style, empower caregivers to support children's development, document visits electronically, and complete weekly scheduled visits. Requirements

Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
