Speech Therapist - Hybrid Pediatric SLP

Milestone TherapyHomewood, AL
Hybrid

About The Position

A Career Built Around the Kids and a Clinician Who Knows Them Best. The best speech therapy doesn't always happen in one place. Sometimes a child needs support in the classroom where the real challenges show up every day. Sometimes they need the focused, one-on-one environment of a clinic session. Often they need both, a therapist who can follow them into either world. At Milestone Therapy, we built our model around reality. Our SLPs aren't locked into one setting because our kids aren't locked into one setting. School-based, clinic-based, or a meaningful blend of both, your caseload is shaped by what your clients actually need, and supported by a team that has your back in every environment. What does that mean for you? It means you get to practice the way great speech therapy is supposed to work, with continuity, with context, and with the flexibility to meet each child exactly where they are. No more choosing between the setting you love and the kids who need you. At Milestone, you get both. If you're an SLP who wants to do real, meaningful work across the full scope of a child's world, we want to meet you!
