About The Position

Fullmind is hiring a remote Speech Language Pathologist to provide telehealth speech-language pathology services to K–12 students in Louisiana schools during the 2026–27 school year. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that follows the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements after the application process is complete. Compensation is $380–$390 per day and is negotiable based on experience.

The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate students’ speech and language levels, set actionable goals, and design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP. The role also includes documenting sessions, tracking progress toward IEP goals, and collaborating remotely with school staff and families to support student progress.

Requirements

• Valid Louisiana state SLP license.
• Active ASHA certification.
• Good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
