About The Position

Fullmind is hiring a virtual Speech Language Pathologist to provide telehealth services to K–12 students in Louisiana schools. The role involves delivering high-quality speech-language pathology services remotely, evaluating students’ speech and language abilities, setting actionable goals, and providing individualized treatment aligned with each student’s IEP. The SLP documents sessions and tracks progress while collaborating with school staff and families. This is a 1099 independent contractor position following the school district’s calendar, with assignment availability for the 2026–27 school year. Immediate start dates depend on available placements after the application process is completed. The position is fully remote, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours depending on the assignment. Pay is $380–$390 per day and negotiable based on experience. The position does not include employee benefits.

Requirements

• Valid Louisiana state SLP license.
• Active ASHA certification.
• Good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school or IEP context.
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality telehealth speech-language pathology services and build rapport with students.
• Evaluate students’ speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals according to district requirements.
• Collaborate with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, administrators, and families to align on student progress.
