About The Position

Fullmind is hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists to provide telehealth services to K–12 students through partner schools. The role involves evaluating students’ speech and language levels, developing clear and actionable goals, and designing and delivering individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP. The Speech Language Pathologist documents sessions and tracks progress toward IEP goals, while collaborating remotely with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, administrators, and families.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity following the school district’s calendar, with assignments available for the 2026–27 school year. Start dates depend on available placements after the application process is complete. Hours are flexible depending on the opportunity. The position is fully remote and pays $40–$65+ per hour based on experience; rates are negotiable. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. This contract position does not include employee benefits.

Requirements

• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Active ASHA certification.
• Good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school or IEP context.
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality telehealth speech-language pathology services and build rapport with students.
• Evaluate students’ speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals in accordance with district requirements.
• Collaborate with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, administrators, and families to align on student progress.
