About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a full-time, certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a permanent placement at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Farmington, Maine. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative, with clinical leadership, mentorship, and support for professional growth. The role is Monday through Friday and offers the opportunity to help patients regain independence in a supportive team environment. Applications are welcome from new graduates and experienced professionals, but this opening requires CCC-SLP; candidates completing a clinical fellowship are directed to a separate application. The estimated compensation is approximately $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Current Maine SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
CCC-SLP certification is required for this location.
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to provide coordinated care.
Educate patients, families, and staff about treatment goals and progress.
