About The Position
Relient Health is recruiting a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a skilled nursing facility in Camden, Maine. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement on a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment that encourages professional growth. The estimated pay range is approximately $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current Maine SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
- Clinical fellowship candidates may be considered when supervision is available.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to provide coordinated care.
- Educate patients, families, and staff about treatment goals and progress.
