About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting under the care of an attending physician. Home settings may include single-family or multifamily homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. The SLP evaluates and treats patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and needs for alternative or augmentative communication. Patients may include people who have experienced a stroke or have progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia. The role offers a guaranteed salary of $92,000–$97,000, based on years of experience.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Possess automobile liability insurance.
- Wear seat belts at all times while driving.
- Have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
