About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to supervise, evaluate, and provide physician-prescribed speech therapy services to clients in their homes. The role treats speech disorders, swallowing difficulties, and hearing impairments that affect communication. Speech Language Pathologists also help patients recovering from strokes and other neurological disorders.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, evaluate, and provide speech therapy services to clients in a home setting as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Treat patients with speech disorders, swallowing difficulties, and hearing impairments that affect communication.
- Help patients recovering from strokes and other neurological disorders.
