AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school-based setting in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. This unique opportunity allows an SLP to work with both kindergarten and middle school students on the same campus, providing variety across age groups while maintaining a manageable caseload. The position offers a traditional school-based experience with opportunities to provide therapy, complete evaluations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You'll also have access to a supportive clinical environment with strong AAC resources and additional district-level support to help you navigate clinical challenges and provide effective services to students. Caseload Details Approximately 45 students on the caseload. Traditional blended caseload with a variety of communication disorders. Support students in both kindergarten and middle school. Provide services based on individual student needs and IEP requirements. Typical caseload expectations vary based on student needs and complexity. For comparison, typical caseloads without students in specialized programs may range from 50–60 students, while specialized programs may have smaller caseloads based on workload. Strong AAC resources and support are available. Shared office space. Collaboration with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers is an important part of the role.
