About The Position

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide pediatric speech therapy in a collaborative outpatient clinic in Spring-Klein, Texas. The clinic delivers play-based, evidence-driven care for children and their families and works across Speech, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Both Clinical Fellows and experienced clinicians are welcome. The role includes structured mentorship through the Journeys Program, hands-on learning, clinical competency support, and opportunities for professional and leadership growth. Scheduling is flexible, with options including traditional 5x8s, 4x9s plus a half-day Friday, or 4x10s. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with W-2 hourly or optional W-2 pay-per-visit compensation. A sign-on bonus and/or student loan repayment may be available.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric experience, including internships or a Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Passion for helping children and families thrive.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred but not required.
