About The Position

The Spring-Klein outpatient clinic is hiring a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) for part-time or full-time work. The clinic provides play-based, evidence-driven care for children and their families in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside Speech, OT, PT, and ABA professionals. Clinicians receive structured mentorship through the Journeys Program, hands-on learning, ongoing training, clinical competency support, and opportunities for professional and leadership growth. The role offers flexible scheduling, including traditional 5x8s, 4x9s plus a half-day Friday, or 4x10s. Compensation options include W-2 hourly positions and optional W-2 pay-per-visit work. The stated productivity expectation is 26 of 40 hours in direct care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric experience, including internships or CFY.
• Passion for helping children and families thrive.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred but not required.
