About The Position

This is a school-based opportunity in Washington for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative educational team for the upcoming school year. The role involves supporting students with diverse communication needs and making a meaningful impact in the classroom and beyond. As a member of the special education team, responsibilities include conducting speech-language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy services to promote student growth and academic success. Collaboration with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers is key to implementing effective interventions and ensuring students receive the necessary support to achieve their communication goals. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring student progress, and contributing to a positive, student-centered learning environment. Requirements

  • Hold or be eligible to apply for an ASHA certification
  • Ability to apply for an SLP license in the state of Washington
  • Hold a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
