About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals for its non-medical home care team. Caregivers work one-on-one with seniors, helping them remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with compassion, dignity, and care. The position includes support with daily activities, companionship, and assistance tailored to clients’ needs. A thorough care plan review and preparation is provided before starting care with clients.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting or incontinence care.
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers.
• Give medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands with them.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
