About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Cary and surrounding cities. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while employees help aging adults and build relationships with clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- TB clearance or chest X-ray.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
