About The Position

The Specialty Services Branch Manager will lead The Budd Group’s Greensboro operations and financial performance, overseeing janitorial, pressure washing, construction cleanup, and floor care services. The role operates much like a General Manager and includes local travel within a 1 to 1.5-hour radius. The position is 100% in-office at 218 Industrial Ave., Greensboro, NC 27406, with a full-time schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and flexibility. Compensation is $80,000–$92,500, with an opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 50%, paid monthly. The Branch Manager will expand the market, scale operations, build client relationships, and ensure complex projects are delivered effectively, working closely with subcontractor partners. The role is responsible for branch financials, project cost tracking, gross margins, and year-to-date net profit goals, as well as proactively addressing operational challenges and customer escalations. Requirements

Proven leadership experience in market expansion, strategic operations management, and project execution.
Deep understanding of project lifecycles, subcontractor management, and cost control.
Strong business acumen, including the ability to analyze project margins and manage P&L responsibilities.
Ability to translate financial tracking into operational strategy.
Resilient, analytical, and proactive problem-solving approach; able to thrive in a direct, results-driven environment.
Ability to work in-office in Greensboro, North Carolina, with local travel within a 1 to 1.5-hour radius.
