The Specialty Sales Team Leader leads specialty sales teams in areas such as Apparel and Accessories, Home, Baby, Core Beauty, and Electronics. The role supports strong store operations, an inspiring visual presentation, product availability, and a guest-first shopping experience. The leader plans and executes workload to support sales and business priorities, develops team members, and helps maintain merchandise, backroom, safety, security, and compliance standards. The role may occasionally assume store-level leadership-on-duty responsibilities and support guest services such as backup cashiering, order pickup, and Drive Up. This is a full-time role, but there is no guarantee of 40 hours per week; hours may fluctuate according to business needs. Work schedules may vary and can include nights, weekends, holidays, closing shifts, and peak shopping times. The position is active and physically demanding, requiring mobility throughout a shift, access to all areas of the building, climbing ladders, and moving merchandise. The hourly starting pay range is $23.75–$25.75, with a full pay range of $23.75–$40.40. Target describes a range of benefits for eligible team members and dependents, including health coverage and paid time off.
