About The Position

The Specialty Leasing Manager is a hands-on, sales-focused role responsible for growing specialty leasing revenue at The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk in downtown New Orleans. The role develops local and regional prospects, negotiates new and renewal agreements, manages merchant relationships, and coordinates openings for temporary inline tenants, kiosks, retail merchandising units, pop-ups, and other approved uses. Marketing responsibilities are expected to transition if a dedicated Marketing professional is hired; until then, the manager may provide limited support for approved promotions, routine website and social updates, and event coordination as prioritized by leadership. The position is primarily on-site, generally Monday through Friday, and includes regular off-site local and regional canvassing. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed for tenant openings, events, and business needs. Work includes computer and telephone use, property walks, and tenant and prospect visits.
