About The Position

As a Specialty Associate, you will contribute to profitable sales growth by combining in-depth product knowledge with a passion for service to build clientele and meet sales goals. You will assist customers, promote products and services, support store operations, and uphold company performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding products and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Inform customers about key product attributes and care/protection plans, generate interest, and suggest additional products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity standards.
• Partner with team members and actively listen to customer issues.
• Promote FindMore and assist with credit, reward, and gift card programs; engage customers in the company's credit application process.
• Participate in inventory processes and merchandise transfers, including returns to vendor or warehouse and handling defective merchandise.
• Maintain the sales floor recovery process to keep the store clean and organized.
• Complete pricing and signing processes in specialty businesses.
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives.
• Consistently meet established role performance standards, including iCAP, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
