Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage dynamic schedules using innovative workforce management software to support all departments
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workforce Management systems—tracking performance, issues, and downtime
  • Partner closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create efficient labor strategies
  • Design schedules that balance business demand, service excellence, and labor agreements
  • Recommend scheduling improvements and develop new staffing models to drive efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, legislative, ethical, and equity requirements
  • Process daily schedule activities including leave requests, call‑outs, and adjustments
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon Rates, ASA, and AHT
  • Deliver S.H.O.W. service fundamentals to all internal customers in a collaborative, supportive environment
