Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Responsibilities
- Build and manage dynamic schedules using innovative workforce management software to support all departments
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workforce Management systems—tracking performance, issues, and downtime
- Partner closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create efficient labor strategies
- Design schedules that balance business demand, service excellence, and labor agreements
- Recommend scheduling improvements and develop new staffing models to drive efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all legal, legislative, ethical, and equity requirements
- Process daily schedule activities including leave requests, call‑outs, and adjustments
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon Rates, ASA, and AHT
- Deliver S.H.O.W. service fundamentals to all internal customers in a collaborative, supportive environment
