Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the Players Club desk or assigned areas and assist with all loyalty program needs
- Enroll new members into the MGM Rewards program and explain all benefits, offers, and perks
- Redeem guest points for express comps and complimentary amenities based on eligibility
- Evaluate guest play and status to enhance their overall experience
- Accurately input and update player information in the Player Tracking System
- Resolve guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Protect confidential company and guest information at all times
- Share feedback and ideas with leadership to help improve guest engagement and productivity
- Escalate unusual events, complaints, or incidents to management as needed
