In this role you will support the design and delivery of development experiences that strengthen leadership capability and support growth across the associate lifecycle. As a Talent Specialist, you will work as part of an integrated Talent team focused on building readiness, accelerating development, and reinforcing Pandora’s culture and leadership expectations through practical and scalable learning experiences. You will partner closely with HR, field leadership, and cross-functional teams to support meaningful talent experiences across retail and office populations. The Talent Specialist supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent and development experiences across NAM. Working within an integrated Talent team model, this role partners closely with the Director, Talent, Talent Manager, HR, and field leadership to deliver practical, scalable development solutions that strengthen leadership capability and support business priorities. Talent Specialists may operate with a primary focus in readiness and acceleration or enablement and capability depending on business need and team structure. Responsibilities may include onboarding, leadership development, capability-building programs, learning systems, content development, and learning delivery across in-person, virtual, and digital formats. The Talent Specialist plays a key role in translating development priorities into meaningful experiences that improve readiness, strengthen capability, and reinforce Pandora’s culture and leadership expectations.
