Renewance is a vibrant SME that is well poised for an ambitious growth journey in a high growth industry As a Talent Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and new hires while supporting the operational effectiveness of our Talent Management team across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Training. In this role, you'll, manage post-offer processes including background checks and HRIS onboarding, and help deliver a strong first-week employee including onboarding handoffs to training and management teams. You’ll also help streamline workflows, improve communication processes, and support a variety of cross-functional talent initiatives that impact the entire organization. This is a temporary (6 month) hourly non-exempt position. The compensation range for this role is $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on averages provided by publicly sourced data. Candidates hired into this role will be eligible for health benefits upon day 1 of employment.
