About The Position

We are looking for a QC Specialist II to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. This position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. In this role, you will support laboratory operations and help ensure the quality and delivery of life-changing therapies.

Requirements

• Experience in a laboratory or regulated environment (quality control is a plus)
• An associate’s degree in a science field or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and can follow procedures accurately
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Motivated to learn and take on new challenges
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store laboratory samples accurately and safely
• Coordinate and prepare shipments to external partners and testing sites
• Maintain and manage laboratory documentation and controlled records
• Support cell bank handling, including receipt, storage, and release activities
• Perform sample dispensing using aseptic techniques
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and support smooth operations
• Contribute to process improvements and support audit readiness
