The Talent Practice Specialist supports GE Vernova’s enterprise leadership approach by contributing to the design and advancement of talent practices that define, develop, and strengthen leadership across the company. Working closely with the Enterprise Talent Development Leader and broader Talent CoE, this role contributes across a range of priorities — including succession planning, leadership assessment, development planning, and executive coaching — with a focus on the company’s most critical talent segments (top ~200 leaders, Enterprise Value Driver roles, and high-potential pipelines). Operating across multiple initiatives and projects, the role helps identify talent gaps, develop practical solutions, and strengthen the consistency and quality of enterprise talent practices. Through close partnership with Talent, HR, and business leaders, Executive Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, the role supports efforts to build stronger leadership pipelines and reinforce a culture of rigor, transparency, and continuous development aligned with the GE Vernova Way.
