The Talent Specialist is a critical member of Sitemetric’s People Team, working with business stakeholders, the Lead Talent Specialist and the Talent Director to engage, grow, and retain talent critical to Sitemetric’s successful growth and outstanding customer service. The role requires constant professionalism, detail orientation, a proactive approach, and a willingness to jump in to regularly go beyond your responsibilities to ensure the best-possible experience for our candidates, employees, and business leaders.
