About The Position

The Talent Specialist is a critical member of Sitemetric’s People Team, working with business stakeholders, the Lead Talent Specialist and the Talent Director to engage, grow, and retain talent critical to Sitemetric’s successful growth and outstanding customer service. The role requires constant professionalism, detail orientation, a proactive approach, and a willingness to jump in to regularly go beyond your responsibilities to ensure the best-possible experience for our candidates, employees, and business leaders. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in an organization with a multi-state footprint
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations such as pay transparency laws, anti-discrimination laws, ADA, and laws related to background and drug screenings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems (ADP experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

  • ADP experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting: including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding; in coordination with other stakeholders and members of the People Team
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines
  • Help manage employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement
  • Maintain accurate talent data and generate reporting as needed for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, regulations, and laws
  • Provide an excellent experience for candidates, employees, and business partners
  • Create consistent communication routines with candidates and field partners
  • Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for all
  • Other duties as assigned
