Responsibilities

Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and deliver a world-class experience.
Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product and service recommendations informed by an understanding of those needs.
Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, selling skills, and operational processes.
Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and high productivity.
Execute processes efficiently and effectively while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
Promote customer participation in company programs, including the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
Help create a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect.
Follow company policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable external laws and guidelines.
