Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product and service recommendations informed by product knowledge and an understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, emphasizing best practices, selling skills, and operational processes.
• Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and productivity.
• Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset, keeping products ready for purchase and engaging athletes when and how they want.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote customer participation in company programs, including the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Help create a welcoming, respectful store environment for teammates and athletes.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, along with applicable laws and external governing guidelines.
