About The Position

The Specialist Fulfillment provides order-processing support for fulfillment and may assist with preparing and distributing prescription medication through the fulfillment system. This is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position. The role performs manual packing and shipping tasks, verifies completed orders for accuracy and compliance with quality standards, and prepares packages for mailing. Depending on pharmacy regulations, the role may also stock non-pharmaceutical products and assist with department training and new-hire support. Other responsibilities may be assigned as judgment or necessity dictates.

Requirements

High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate diplomatically and confidentially.
Able and willing to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, with or without accommodations.
Able and willing to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work a flexible shift.
One year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment, and/or call center setting.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting service quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Basic PC knowledge and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite, and/or similar operating or software programs.

Responsibilities

Provide order-processing support for fulfillment.

Pack and ship completed orders, verify accuracy and conformance to quality standards or specifications, and prepare packages for mailing.
Stock non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy regulations.
Assist with department training and new-hire support.
Perform other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictates.
