About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory solutions and manages Fastenal's vending program on a local route. The role involves making customer deliveries, replenishing managed inventory, maintaining vending equipment, and supporting customer needs at their sites. The position is based at Fastenal's branch at 11221 Cutten Rd, Houston, TX 77066, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 10–28 hours per week. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training to help employees develop the knowledge and skills to perform successfully and grow with the company. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
