About The Position

The part-time Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory solutions and manages Fastenal’s vending program through a dynamic local route. The role serves customer needs by making deliveries, replenishing managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment. This position is based at the Fastenal branch at 2043 Andrew Jackson Hwy NE, Leland, NC 28451, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training through its School of Business to help employees build the knowledge and skills to perform successfully and grow with the company. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet driving-record requirements for use of a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
