About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory solutions and manages Fastenal’s vending program on a local customer route. The role includes making deliveries, replenishing managed inventory, maintaining vending equipment, and serving customers at their sites. This position is based at Fastenal’s branch at 2361 Mason Ave, Daytona Beach, Florida. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. Training includes on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning through Fastenal’s School of Business. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet the company's driving record requirements for use of a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service-oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen, applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam only.
