About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist works at Fastenal’s branch at 115 Country Club Rd, Durant, Oklahoma. The role serves customers on a local route by delivering inventory, replenishing managed inventory programs, and maintaining vending equipment. The specialist also places and fulfills customer-site orders and interacts with customers during deliveries. The position offers up to 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Training includes on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
Pass a sex offender registry check required by a customer or contract serviced by this location.
