About The Position

The Specialist Fulfillment is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position that provides order-processing support for fulfillment and/or assists with preparing and distributing prescription medication using the fulfillment system. The role includes manual packing and shipping of completed orders, checking accuracy and compliance with quality standards and specifications, and preparing packages for mail. The Specialist may also stock non-pharmaceutical products where permitted by pharmacy regulations and assist with department training and new-hire support. Other responsibilities may be assigned as judgment or necessity dictates.

Requirements

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate diplomatically and confidentially.
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, with or without accommodations.
• Ability and willingness to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift.

Nice To Haves

• One year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment, and/or call center setting.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Basic PC knowledge and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite, and/or similar operating or software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide order-processing support for fulfillment and/or assist with preparation and distribution of prescription medication using the fulfillment system.
