Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, the individual is responsible for managing the planning of all owned digital marketing elements, support execution, and ensure that the delivery is timely. The Specialist, Digital Marketing & CRM is responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate engagement, and support growth of online sales. This individual is responsible for analyzing and optimizing website performance to ensure maximum visibility and engagement, along with the successful execution of direct-to-customer communications across the CRM ecosystem through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, and external agencies to develop and execute digital campaigns that align with Rexall’s goals and objectives.
