About The Position

We are helmandoar.com and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role blends expertise in email marketing, influencer/ambassador, project management, and content coordination to optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and creative, with a strong ability to manage email automation, paid media campaigns, and content strategy. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can balance strategy with execution while collaborating across teams to drive results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, paid media buying, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage email automation, media buying, and content production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.), media buyer tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros/Triplewhale/Segmetrics), or content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating via Slack, Zoom, and other digital Tools.
  • Able to manage network of influencers and content creators and coordinate content creation campaigns via text/email/social.
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis).
  • Able to manage scope duration, cost, resources, and risks of assigned projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TikTok Ads and other emerging paid media platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize email marketing infrastructure.
  • Set up, test, and maintain automated email campaigns.
  • Monitor email performance, ensuring deliverability and engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly deliverability audits and list hygiene.
  • Develop monetization campaign maps, including repeat purchase and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Analyze email data, provide insights, and execute split tests to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-quality email content.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar across social media, blogs, and other owned media channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Work with internal teams and content creators to produce engaging and relevant content.
  • Integrate customer insights and FAQs into content planning.
  • Optimize content formats for different channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage influencers and deploy monthly content generation campaigns for assets to be used in video ad marketing.
  • Develop and execute a process for curating, categorizing, and evaluating influencers and ambassadors.
  • Communicate with influencers/ambassadors.
  • Work with executive team to determine budget and which proposals to proceed with.
  • Determine and track relevant metrics for evaluating success.
