As a Digital Marketing Specialist with Sporting Life Group, you will be involved in the research, planning and management of social media marketing channels across Golf Town, Sporting Life & Team Town Sports. Within this role, you will play a critical role in executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and be dedicated to driving customer acquisition and engagement through the process of strategic planning, campaign testing and results analysis. You will set in motion and see through to completion digital assets & marketing campaigns. You will be data-driven, passionate about eCommerce, and has experience working with platforms such as Meta Ads Manger, Google Ads and Web analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with Facebook Ads & Google ads platforms is must
  • Proven work experience owning a brand’s social media channels
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mind informing strategy
  • Proficiency in web analytics and web metrics
  • An eye for design and strong sense of visual style
  • Creative copywriting skills and ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset, and proficiency with Google Analytics, as well as emerging data collection and reporting tools

  • Background in eCommerce and retail is ideal

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy and campaigns, for Sporting Life Group
  • Own the promotional calendar and shape the content that appears on the channels of both Golf Town , Team Town Sports and Sporting Life from a creative and strategic perspective.
  • Manage multiple accounts on Google Ads with different business goals and campaign types
  • Develop best practice recommendations and identify new opportunities for social channels
  • Leverage the latest social media trends in ongoing strategies
  • Work with marketing and studio team to plan engaging and creative content that speaks to brand messaging
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly optimizations based on the performance of the account and the business goals.
  • Track analytics, report and establish KPIs to define success and share actionable learnings supporting business objectives
  • Have in depth knowledge of Shopping campaigns & product feed optimization
  • Creates, manages & optimize social campaigns on multiple platforms such as Double click bid manager, Facebook Ads Manager, DCM etc
  • Campaign Optimization & Maintenance: Post-launch analysis and adjustment
  • Provide Insights & recommendations on opportunities identified based on the business goals and performance
  • Drive new client acquisition through search engine marketing with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROAS by channel and campaign
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests in social media channels including social and display media.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting based on the performance of the account and the business goals
  • Campaign Optimization & Maintenance: Post-launch analysis and adjustment
