About The Position
In this role, you’ll make an impact by delivering an exceptional client experience to our client base through regular inquiry resolution, collateral processing activities, and client analysis. You will support day-to-day operational work and client coverage for specific accounts. Additionally, you will be involved in some MIS reporting and collaboration on projects such as procedure updates, automation projects, and client profile maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Project / detail oriented
- Project work with AI / Digital tools
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in operations or client service in financial organization preferred
