Specialist, Client Operations
About The Position
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations, to join our Archer Ops team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by working with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources. You will support clients with operational and technical questions or issues and ensure requests are executed. You will use problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. You will monitor client inquiries, escalate complex issues, and track client needs to support business development efforts. You will also participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 0–3 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- General understanding of BNY Mellon products, services, and broader offerings is helpful
Responsibilities
