About The Position
This role involves troubleshooting and responding to unexpected challenges during live performances, as well as assisting in the maintenance of facility AV systems. The position requires adherence to safety rules and regulations, following relevant policies and procedures, and effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and guests. A key aspect of the role is providing exceptional customer service. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and duties may change at any time.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and respond to unexpected challenges during live performances.
- Assist in maintenance of facility AV systems.
- Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
