About The Position

Performance Plus is seeking a motivated and dependable Specials Team Lead/Technician to perform specialty cleaning services and support the specials team. The role involves inspecting completed work, carrying out specialized cleaning tasks, and ensuring high-quality results for clients. The successful candidate takes initiative, works independently, has or is willing to develop technical skills in specialty cleaning, and maintains professionalism and strong customer service.

This position qualifies for full-time employment, with hours varying between 20 and 40 per week depending on workload. Shifts may vary based on project requirements. Occasional travel is required. Work takes place in indoor and outdoor environments, including construction sites, where employees may encounter construction materials, equipment, and hazardous conditions. Employees must follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Professional experience in window cleaning or willingness to learn.
• Skilled in stripping and waxing floors, with full knowledge of floor care practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including construction sites, and be exposed to construction materials, equipment, and hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the specials team in day-to-day tasks.
• Clean and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform professional window washing.
• Strip and wax floors and perform all aspects of floor care.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule based on project needs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
