About The Position
Dishwashers are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized; working quickly to keep up with the restaurant’s pace; and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. Some weekend and holiday shifts are required. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere.
