About The Position
Line Cooks on Chili’s Heart of House team are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and working with Team Members to keep orders moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused culture.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
