About The Position

Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili’s, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, and keeping orders moving from the kitchen. Candidates should take pride in teamwork and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
