About The Position
Line Cooks at Chili's, part of the Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili's recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and helping ensure orders flow continuously from the kitchen. Candidates should bring a friendly, caring demeanor, work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and contribute to a safe and welcoming workplace. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
