About The Position

A wonderful faith-oriented family is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Nanny Manager who is passionate about creating a well-run home while also providing loving, patient childcare support. This position is primarily focused on household management, making it a great fit for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, enjoys serving others, and takes pride in keeping a home organized and running smoothly. The family is looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, an excellent listener, and happy to take direction while also being proactive and anticipating needs. The ideal candidate will have a true servant's heart, be highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a structured household where cleanliness, routine, and communication are highly valued. The family has two young children, including a bright and imaginative 5-year-old who loves being outdoors, reading, and creative play. She thrives with a warm, bubbly caregiver who enjoys engaging with children and brings positive energy into the home. The second child is a sweet 2-year-old toddler with cerebral palsy who requires additional physical support and lots of patience as he continues working toward developmental milestones. He is a happy little boy who enjoys books, being outside, swimming, and spending time with those he trusts. Because of his mobility needs, the ideal nanny should be physically capable of assisting with transfers and specialized equipment while approaching his care with compassion, encouragement, and understanding. The family is hoping to find someone who will become a long-term, trusted member of their household.
