About The Position

Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced Nanny Manager for a faith-centered family in the Collier Hills neighborhood of Atlanta. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who enjoys becoming an extension of a family and thrives in a dynamic household. The family has two young children (ages 2.5 and 1) and a third baby boy expected later this year. The role requires confidence in caring for multiple young children, strong newborn experience, and the ability to create calm, organized routines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with guaranteed hours, and flexibility is appreciated for occasional earlier mornings, later evenings, date nights, overnight care, and travel. The ideal candidate is energetic, active, loves the outdoors, plans engaging activities, visits parks, encourages developmental milestones, and creates fun, enriching days. The family follows consistent routines and values structure, including Babywise principles, wake windows, and an eat-play-sleep schedule. Experience with newborns, introducing solids, bottle preparation, and supporting developmental milestones is highly preferred. Beyond childcare, responsibilities include household management such as cooking healthy family meals, meal planning, grocery shopping, creating shopping lists, light housekeeping, children's organization, toy rotations and sanitization, and bottle washing. The family seeks someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, service-minded, enjoys teamwork, and has a "jump in and help" mentality. They value clean and organic eating and healthy habits. Candidates must be confident swimmers, comfortable around two Mini Bernedoodles, possess excellent references, and have a passion for building lasting relationships.
