About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate, adaptable, and collaborative Special Education Teacher for its Indiana school team for the 2026–2027 academic year. The teacher will design tailored educational experiences that recognize students’ strengths, learning differences, and individual milestones, and help students build lasting academic and behavioral skills. The role involves delivering individualized instruction, fostering an inclusive classroom that supports academic, behavioral, and life-skills development, and collaborating with school staff, specialists, and families to provide students with meaningful educational opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
- Effective classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and address diverse student learning needs.
- Valid Indiana Special Education teaching license or eligibility to obtain the appropriate Indiana credential.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience teaching students with disabilities or working in a school-based setting.
