About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate, adaptable, and collaborative Special Education Teacher to join its Indiana school team for the 2026–2027 academic year. The school-based role focuses on creating tailored educational experiences that recognize each student's strengths, learning differences, and milestones. The teacher will use creative problem-solving and sound instructional judgment to help students develop lasting academic and behavioral skills.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Effective classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and address diverse student learning needs.
• Valid Indiana Special Education teaching license or eligibility to obtain the appropriate Indiana credential.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience teaching students with disabilities or working in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, individualized lessons aligned with student goals and diverse learning styles.
• Cultivate a supportive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes academic growth, behavioral progress, and life skills.
